Yes Ross....and the fuselage is also completely different .....
I merely compared the shapes of the wing & stab tips, which are fairly characteristic...this one is close....

So far no luck....
I attach some new photos, of better resolution..
Note the wing retaining method....I have not seen this before (and I doubt that the idea is good....a hard landing would cause damages...)
However, this may be a clue to the model's origin......or is this solution designed by the builder...?
With wing & stab retained this way, I wonder what DT method the designer had in mind..?
There is no strengthening for hook retainment....this build is obviously not finished though....
At this stage, the AUW is 264 grams....not to bad, considering its size of 60" span, and there's no balsa whatsoever...just spruce and 1.25 mm plywood....
All comments, clues etc are highly welcome....
