Janne thank you for registration, looking forward to meet you guys, freestyle is English class that was born in EIM couple years ago, here is my description.

This is very fun class for crowd and pilots entertainment. Anyone can fly here, each pilot will will have two and a half minutes to show his skills and fly any maneuver he like to entertain crowd. Judge in this class is random selected people from crowd. 10 spectators will receive papers with numbers from 1 to 10, and will give most points for flight he like most. Plane with Variable pich propellers and other special effects are allowed, only limitation will be plane weight, only models up to 200g can enter competition .

And here is Andy official rulles:

Donatas, there has become a change in the AF-sequence. The maneuver number 8, "two full opposite rolls" has changed a bit. Nowadays it is exit inverted. Because of that the next maneuver changes a bit, too. You can find the information on CIAM Agenda for 2010. I posted about this before on KIEF's thread.

Glad to see your still flying Freestyle Don, the truth is I introduced it after our 2008 Comp after watching Claes Meijer fly his AM. He broke every rule for AM and should have scored zero! The Judges all scored him though as the crowd loved what he was doing..

Lets see what he has in store for us this year

Its a great way for us to finish our year and its just days away. EIM2010 here we come.

You'll be sadly missed by the pilots and spectators alike my friend, next time we'll see how we can help

Andy

Very good video !
Fingers crossed all will go well for me and I will return again to a competition that caters for everyone that enjoys indoor flying.
My previous trips have been the best laugh I have ever had. Fantastic competition and fantastic people.
Good flying, great atmosphere and very friendly warm people.
What more could you ask for !
Get your name down before the spaces are full !

Here we have the aresti, but the descriptions are in Finnish...

I'm not sure which one is the correct sequence now, because the old one is still on the Sporting Code. The correction of the two maneuvers was told in the document that I posted, but I don't know if it is valid yet. So it would be good to get a confirmation from FAI's people, that we could know which sequence to practice.

Nice amount of pilots has already registered during one day

Answer from Mr. Guy;

Hello Donatas,
The present schedule is valid for 2010 and 2011, so no change.
The full rules are of course on the FAI website : http://www.fai.org/aeromodelling/sys...ics_10_Rev.pdf
