Maingearblade400

I replace the main gear on my blade 400 ,when I bought the gear I notice it did not have the bearing. so I go back and purchase it. It was very hard to fit .Wood block and hammer and it fits almost ? its maybe a 1/64 being even ?
is this ok,or do I replace it ? The blades are OK and the bottom screw works OK
Thanks

It's a tight fit. When I pressed the one way from a HBKii into the Blade 400 Gear it actually shaved it. Make sure it's going in straight too.

I would not use a hammer. C-clamps can be bought a few placed for cheap.

The align one way bearing removal tool will help you in the future. The t-rex 450 one way bearing is the same size as the blade 400 one way bearing...
