Anything by Megatech makes the rubbish list.

Any of the R/C flying toys that are less than 50 bucks tend to be on the list, with a few notable and delightful exceptions such as the AirHog Aero Ace.

I wonder how many people buy this stuff and then get turned of of RC altogether,
Too bad they don't come with a warning.

I think it's hilarious that the Megatech B-2 comes with "unique computer/elevon mixing." Because they invented elevon mixing and no one else uses it, right?

I find it extremely interesting that an "advanced" RC system capable of providing solid control of the plane at distances of up to 500 feet can still control the plane up to 2300 feet above sea level! Perhaps they are talking about "alti-toot" versus altitude.

Taken directly from the website, here is the claim:

"The advanced RC system provides solid control of the plane at distances of up to 500 feet!

The MegaStealth 2 can fly up to an altitute of 2300 feet above sea level! "

Now, there was a rumor going around that the supplier of the MegaStealth used to be a used car dealer. Can't confirm that, but it would be a reasonable guess!!

Nothing wrong with the used car itself. I have purchased several over the years.

There is NOT even a picture of that SU. Someone is supposed to buy it from a sensationalized artist's drawing? At least a skilled modeler can match Guillow's box art.
The Wattage Corsair with the box picture of the 10 year old Ho-Ho eating kid is near the top of the list also. The "almost flying tank" is the best description I ever heard of it.

It's an Elfi, one of the first really successful Park Flyers. It was marketed in the US primarily via Northeast Sail and a couple of other retailers. I have both the aileron and non-aileron version. I have also upgraded them to brushless motors and LiPo's. They have been and remain my favorite planes in the fleet. Some additional photos attached.
