an effective way to contact them?

i ordered some motors that were shown with gearbox in the photo, but i got just the motors, and have been unable to find a way to contact someone there to learn at least where to get that gearbox, even if they don't carry it.
the product part number is C1015-11500, in case this is of some use.
i tried the forum-no answer-, and chating directly (they just blocked me out with the quote "closed" or "we will be back", or something).
i will apreciate if someone knows the way.
thanks

If your missing parts send CS@hobbyking.com an email. If you have no luck there post your order number in the "order support" section of the hobbyking forum.

tried, but gave me the 'access denied-only members with sufficent permission'.
what do i have to do to earn 'sufficient permission'? they just don't tell which are the requirements. dead end.
