Took me a bit to find it, but here is a direct link...

I'll try to take a look, but I'm not the best hardware guy for spotting things off the top of my head. Maybe this will help someone better at this find it easier.

Don't like to throw mud in the water after all your good work but you did say..............

C7 is to kill any noise on the chip and as such should be mounted right on the power terminals of the chip.
Same goes for the one on the hall effect.
I imagine you are using some type of double layer, never seen a layout with all the ground connections missing , just looks a bit confusing.

Going through the drawing on #833.
Was the drawing on the left used to make the pc board on the right?
If so, then there are a few errors with capacitor and resistor numbering.
