Wally wing dihedral?
Hey, I'm building a 26" span wing from a Walmart Skyrider and I'm wondering if the wing has any dihedral? I looked through some of the threads and couldn't find any info about dihedral.
While I'm asking, what about incidence? Should the motor be tilted slightly up?

I built mine completely flat on the bottom. The reflex in the elevons provides some quasi dihedral.
A small thrust offset of the motor should be helpful. Putting the prop 1-2degrees higher than the back of the motor (front of the plane) will help keeping the wing from pitching down with throttle. Too much may cause the nose to pitch up. A lot depends on how far back the motor is located, and how high above the surface. Try to picture the thrust vectors of the wing and motor and have them intersect at the cg point or slightly ahead.

thats from the front of the plane not the back. what you want with a wing is the thrust line of the plane to have some positive incedence for the wing. the way I think about it for a wing is if the motor is level you want the wing to have enough incedence to create lift. the last thing you would want is the motor level with the wing pointing down. unless you want to make a really expensive lawn dart
