Het 70mm edf
I have a HET 70mm EDF fan unit # 6904, attached to an ARC 28-38-2, 3750kv motor. The ESC is a HP Electronics 80a. I had it installed in a Hobby People Phase 3-16 foam body. All worked well.
I moved the EDF/motor/esc to another jet, and now, when I give it full throttle, the motor goes to a low rpm/idle. She is good until you get past 80-90% power.
Any advice as to what might be the issue??

The outlet diameter of the exhaust nozzle may be too constricted in the new jet. This would cause the amp draw to increase to such a level causing the ESC to partially shut down resulting in the motor to go low rpm/idle.
- If you are using different batteries in the new jet ,they can' handle the amp draw of the motor.
