And, I guess, here's one more for the road as it were... Aero' getting towed around Spreckels Lake on a buoy retrieval paddle after this year's Tug Fest.

by the way, I love that "ghost Pirate" ship up there. I've been toying with the idea of getting a creole queen kit and doing her up as a Haunted "ghost" gamb'lin ship, maybe steam it, but mostly have inboard sound from the old Redneck rampage video game" "gamb'lin boat level

Portland is a great city and the skiing up on Hood is fantastic, but the property tax situation in Oregon sucks compared to say, Ca.

Uhm...CA has state taxes, smog, Carbon taxes, (commuter taxes soon),Arnold etc.....Oregon starts looking better all the time.

Gotcha.....Vegas doesn't have much of any of that stuff. It also seems to lack water...how surprising.
