Looking for 2S Lipo Rx for DLG

I am hoping that one of you can point me towards some Lipo packs that will fit in a DLG pod. I was considering some E-TEC 350ma cells roughly 1"x2" but haven't had any luck finding some in stock. Thanks Larry

GravesRC.com. $15 for a 300mah 2s pack. Gets at least 2 hours with 4 digitals. 16grams and very small. Give them a call and ask for Mark in Electrics.

I bought lipos at the following: http://www.all-battery.com. I bought two 3.7 volt cells for $5.95 each and connected them in series. They are 500 mah cells. With the JST connector the two cells joined weigh .9 ounce. The unit is very compact. Excellent for a tight fit in the dlg.

If you run D4.7 servos and Berg rcvrs there is no need to drop the voltage.
(Not true for D60 however)

(warning: commercial post)

If you do need a BEC, I've got a bundle of BEC + Alarm setups that I've done for DLG's (PLD-BAC). Thread is here in the HLG section ( http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=826837 )

Paul.

Thanks Paul, I got 2 of them in the mail this week. they look great and I look forward to using them. For general information I have been flying the Spektrum DSPS60 6 gram digital servos and have found them to be very quick and center well :-) They do however draw more current :-( So I am moving on in the obvious direction. Larry,

Good to hear they arrived - hope you don't irritate too many people around you with those beeping noises (can you imagine how my wife feels when she can hear me testing each and every unit ).

I'm waiting to hear back from a few people/suppliers regarding smaller packs (150mA and 300mA sort of sizes) but it seems that everyone's on holiday

Paul

Pat

I've been looking around for that power info and have come up empty handed except being able to use a 2S lipo with the CC BEC and Berg Rxs. Can you supply a link?

Thanks, Pete

The voltage rating for the D4.7 is right on the box - 3.6 to 9.6 volts.
(D60 is 4.8 - 6V)

I have a couple of F3P planes running on direct 2S power. There is a thread here:
http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=780986

The 2S rating for the Berg4 comes straight from the horses mouth:
http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showt...g4#post9269691

The D4.7 get a nice speed boost on 2S

Thanks

I was under the impression the cells for the ipod were very small but these appear to be a standard type lipo cell, around 55mm X 22mm X 6mm, right? Fill me in otherwise .

Pete

I'm using the ETec 450, which Chris Gibbs has been recommending, available from these places and others:
