Blade 450 3D Power Adaptor

Hi this Is my first post as I am new to this forum.
The question that I have is can I use a 12 V x 2000amp Power Adaptor for my Blade 450 3D
It states in the manual to use a 12 V x 1800amp with my DC balancing charger and 3S Li-Po
battery.

Simple answer = yes.
Your power adaptor is capable of supplying 2 Amps so is O.K. to use.
The 1.8 Amp one stated in the manual will probably be just the minimum you should use.

eg; You could use a 100 Amp unit if you liked, because it depends on the load.
(Your charger & battery.)

Just make sure of the polarity.

Polarity = Positive &/or Negative.
Just make sure that the plugs & sockets are the same.
eg; Centre pin is positive & outside is negative or vice versa.
If you haven't already got one, buy a cheap digital multi meter.

I did use the adapter that I mentioned 12V x 2000amp and it did charge up the battery fine. Just was concerned if it would damage either the charger or the battery!

As long as you don't try to charge at too high a rate, you'll be fine.

As I mentioned, you can use a 100 Amp power supply & have no problems.
It all depends on the load.

The polarity of the plug/sockets is much more important.
If they are wrong.......the magic smoke will miraculously appear.
