I recently placed an order from Cermark for parts for my Hausler 450. I didn't receive everything I paid for. I've attempted to email them via their website and directly to Steve every day or two and haven't received an answer for over a week.
Any one else having the same problem? I've ordered quite a few parts from them over the last month or two but am concerned about this recent lack of communication.
I think they are in the process of moving to a different location. I had placed an order approx 3 weeks ago and had to followup with them (phone). He said the new phone numbers would be posted as soon as the move was made. Got my parts finally. keep trying

Thanks. I ordered two tail booms among some other things and only received one boom. I'm trying to get them to send me the second one. Comms in the past have been excellent, though orders have always taken quite a bit of time to process and receive. They aren't the fastest to order from by any means, but their prices are very good and they have most everything in stock. WIll keep trying.
hi ,invoice that came whith parts ,if it only list and charge for parts you got ,then they may have split youre order,would be nice if they mention that ,since when they send the rest you
wont get an email or tracking no for that
I'll go back and check the invoice, but my posting here is more about their not responding to my emails and wondering if other folks were having the same issue..
I appreciate if they are moving it might be difficult to answer emails. I'll wait a few days and see if someone responds.
Thanks for the info on Gyro Hobbies. I've been to their site but haven't ordered from them. I'll give them a try next time I need something.
