There was a video or two of this somewhere. Seems to fly real nice. Real floaty too for that size.

Hey Feda,

With regards to "130-160 gram KV900 Brushless Motor" which is also what is needed for the MXS.
Are you able to suggest a few options?

Hi nac,

The one I am using is probably close to what you are using, i.e., usable but not as powerful as you would like. The one I am using won't get hot at all in flight, therefore I guess I can push this motor a little more. I have ordered a higher KV (1000) version for testing to see if it can yield more power. I'll try to do some search and get back to you.

Thanks.

Mine is not getting hot at all, but I can't seem to get more performance out of it even when propping up.

Hi corsair214,

I'll be receiving some in Canada at the end of May. Would you be interested?

Does this mean Feda that you are going to be supplying planes through Canada or just a select few?

Yak 55M 3D EPP Airplane 1256mm 49.5"

Yak 55M 3D EPP Airplane 1256mm 49.4"

Yak 55M 3D EPP Airplane 1256mm 49.4" (3 min 59 sec)

Specifications:

Motor: Turnigy 3639 750kv

ESC: F40 40A

Battery: Zippy Compact 4S-1800ma-35C

Servos: TGY 2216MG

Prop: Turnigy Ultra-light wood propeller 15x6

Altitude above sea level: 2,300 meters
