Thoughts about indoor R/C flying
As many of you here know, I have a thread elsewhere on indoor flying opportunities in/near Huntsville: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1348826 Please feel free to help keep that thread going. It's been slow there lately.
This thread is for discussions why you enjoy flying indoors, or perhaps why you don't fly indoors, despite the several local opportunities to do so.
I enjoy flying indoors because we get to control the weather year-round. I never have to wonder if it will be too windy, might rain, might have an unpublicized event going on there, etc.
Also we have restrooms and water cooler handy. No bugs. No glare from the sun.
