Hello

First off, that is a really nice vario silence. When did the flybar head come out, or did you put a rotor head from another vario on it?

This is just my opinion but if you have your mind set of getting one of the "big boy toys" then the Joker seems to be the better choice. First off you can get parts from Fitz at www.fxaeromodels.com He is extreamly good to do business with and you order from him it seems to get to you in 2 days after you placed the order(this is just my experience and I have ordered many items from him).

Is the machine capable of any 3D flying ? (slience)
I wanted a Joker but now the prices have gone up and the Slience is just as nice from what I can see as far as parts go.

yes - the Silence is a 3D-able ship, about 6 min flights with 2400 doing 3D

this one is set up to be like an X-treme "look-a-like", Skyfox Head, carbon parts, purple blades, etc... etc...

very cool heli!

Crasher,

Ouch, $100, thats alot! I have only ordered from one US place, FXA, and was amazed how fast the shipping was. When I said I could live with that I said it because I usually order from around here (GreatHobbies.) and get it shipped here in 1 day, although the shipping is nice, they are more expensive then everyone else, their prices are much more then others .

Ditto Scott! Where do you order your stuff from Canada if you do? Or do you only order from US and pay customs, lousy, lousy customs .
