Looking for an available hull (deck part optional) that could be used to create a scale model of this 29' Mirage...

Scale model (more scale detail than all out speed) of this or a Cigarette/Scarab would be neat-
I was about a day-and-a-half late in attempting to order one of Dumas' smaller 30" Scarabs... they litterally stopped taking orders for the 'glass shop a day or two before I called 'em. I begged the nice lady on the other end of the phone line to accept one final order but she was unmoved.  Still on the "like to have" list but I'll probably have to draw my own. P.S. gotta love the sound of that exhaust!

The 40 Inch Long Virgin
I think this untouched 40" Dumas deep vee may do the trick... It'll only need a little surgery on the deck to make it right.

Go to craigs list and look in the Denver area, search for rc boats, and there are two hulls listed on May 1. Ad starts out as: two boat hulls for sale. In Broomfield. Let me know if ya want me to go look at them. Have Fun, Dave |
