depends on what scale your crawler is. basically most use a standard sized servo. now if your going to be powering the servo with the internal bec inside your esc it's not gonna make a whole lot of difference what servo you put on there. any servo that will do you any good crawling will draw more power than the wimpy internal bec's can provide.

if you add an external bec (like a castle creations 10amp), then you can take advantage of powerful servos. i prefer the hitec 7950, you should shoot for at least 300oz of torque, and the closer you get to 400oz the better off you'll be.

keep in mind that getting a good servo will also lead to more modifications. most stock crawlers have plastic flimsy steering links. these won't hold up and will have to be changed. also plastic c-hubs and knuckles already have a hard time staying together with stock steering, so when you add more power you will have to replace those also.
