Team Edge RC bushing or bearing in pod?

As anyone (reader or poster) switched over the rear bushing in the motor pod to a bearing and if so, what size is it? Todd was off today and Stacy wasn't much help. I think a TA clutch bearing might fit bit wasn't sure. Its measures out close but shy of 5mm.

CM its a bushing. I guess you can run a bearing but we've never messed with it do to the molded casing and lip that fits the bushing unlike it would a bearing. I'd stick with the bushing TBH. Feel free but as we tell everyone, you take it apart, then its all on you.... more so if since your kart screams as it is. Why mess with it?

I did some research Cart Miester. Your right, A clutch bearing will fit the radius but theres a slight lip inside. I guess one could epoxy it in if they tried. It won't press if thats what your hoping for. Its an odd size brother.

I didn't know we had a bushing. I thought it was a bearing myself.

I don't I replaced my alloy with a graphite one last year. Mitch from IL help me drop it in. Only a bushing in the pod. Bearings everywhere else just not there. A bearing would be sweet! Anyone have measurements, hint hint Robert or Mitch?

I was going to ask the same thing. We race mod. Is the bearing now allowed?
