Flap and aileron sizes
Hi I am scaling up a hotliner plan to 3 meters and intend making it full house with added flaps. I was wondering what width the ailerons and flaps should be in proportion to the chord of the wing.?
Hope someone can help. I'm afraid it will be electric.

No hard rule but I prefer 25% of the local chord.

That's about right, but you could also go and look at some successful designs. The Supra is so successful that some people call the Eastern Soaring League the Eastern Supra League instead.
