HobbyKing - CS nightmare
I have had a very bad experience with HK customer service . Just read below.
I bought Walkera QR X350 BNF from HK. In 3rd flight, after 30 minutes in the air one motor stopped working and model has been crashed. After that I checked very exactly my QR X350. I found that motor had loose rotor inside and the magnets damaged few wires. Not my fault at all. The motor damaged parts:1. GPS module, 2.Compass module, 3.GPS led, 4.Landing skid, 5. body shell, 6. 1xmotor.
7. motor esc. 8. main board case
I opened RMA, sent photos -next day customer service closed my RMA - reason - Response Not Received On Time. Nobody from CS contacted me.
I tried talk via chat. I sent few videos, photos. After 2 hours chat, CS asked me to sent my model to UK warehouse for inspection. Guy from CS promised send me new replacement model with free shipping . I sent her next day so(11th /12). They received 15th of December.
16th I checked RMA status - I've got store credit - $220. Nobody from customer service haven't asked me what I prefer!!!!
Via chat I asked about that, I asked where is the rest my money I spent( twice shipping and tax $ 130 in total). CS answer - we can't refund
I asked send me new QR X 350 - HK CS answer discontinued (earlier they offered the same replacement model)
I asked send me QR X350 pro, so -HK CS answer - NO
I asked send my crashed model back and leave store credit I'll buy all parts in HK to fix my model -HK CS answer NO
I asked refund my tax (VAT) , cos I paid that and I have no model now -HK CS answer NO
At last I asked refund $220 for my paypal account - HK CS you need to wait 10 days!!!
Conclusion - HK CS don't care about their customers, they don't want to help .
They wages are higher when they rip off more clients , probably
I think people should know how they are working
In my opinion they stolen my $130
I will not use HK in the future.
I have chat transcripts, photos, videos. If anyone wants, let me know
