tricopter esc bec usage?
Is this a good or bad idea?
In tricopter using ESC 1 bec for powering controller(multiwii), another one for servo and third for some led light.
What do you think?

I'm flying with all ESC paralel, but of course your ideal will work too.

Also, I'm building a hexacopter on a tricopter frame. Do I REALLY have to have 6 Escs, or can one control two motors, since they are on the same axis and are only hooked up on the output side of the ESC to run in different directions???
Sounds like a stupid question, but...programming 6 ESCs is going to be a pain. And guys fly dodecahedracopters!!!
