The 3000Kv/5043 combo pulls too much current even for the newer bricks with the 4.9A ESC. I don't know anyone who has successfully run the 5043 on the 3000Kv motor, using the on-board ESC.
The 2300Kv/5043 combo is the fastest, while the 3000Kv/5030 combo generates the most thrust. The Gee Bee prop & 2500Kv motor are orphans. The 2500Kv is the least efficient and least powerful of the three UMX motors, and the Gee Bee's 5.25" x 3.5" prop is a poor match for the motors and airframes.
