Curtis, I flew it this morning and deliberately landed with the glide trim unchanged so I could look at the elevator position. The elevator is almost exactly level with the fixed stabilizer. If I recall, I had been using a bit of down elevator previously.

Makes sense, if the CG does not change and you change the angle if the main wing; leading edge down as you did, you will need an up elevator change. So effectively you have changed the angle the fuselage is flying.
Think relative wind and AoA.

By changing the angle of the fuselage I have also somewhat reduced the motor's effective downthrust, so the beast is a little harder to control in climb, but it's worth it for the nice smooth hands-off glide.

If you have a computer radio you could assign an elevator mix to the throttle channel.

I am glad it is soaring better, that is what it is all about.

Or just shim the motor for a little more down thrust.

Glad its flying better; I suspected it would and could.
