The last few day I have spent some time on and off making 6 portholes for the hull. After turning them I made a jig to hold them in the vice to drill 8 small holes (.025) in each one. I used a bolt circle program to calculate the positions of the holes. Then used my milling machine and a digital readout to drill the holes. The portholes are smaller than a dime. It was very time consuming. After the hull is painted the port holes will be glued and pined to the hull.
