Let me know how it goes if you change it
I have the same motor and on 2s it's underpowered. On 3s it's great and stays cool with continuous pack after pack flights. Using both 8x4.3 SF and 8x4 DD props

I've had good luck with these, but they seem to have trouble keeping them in stock.

Thanks, may have to try them out. I'm running gens ace 450 2s packs right now, just doesn't have the punchyness I would like.

I have had a bunch of those. I like Glacier 3S 450s better. They seem to last longer, with lots of punch.

Just got some of these about a month ago, was looking for something with a 30c rating.... http://www.motionrc.com/admiral-450m...battery-w-jst/ ...They seem to be working good, plenty of punch. unfortunately they are out of stock right now. I think I am going to try a 3s version soon just to see how that goes.

Good to know guys. Does anybody know where to get some cheap led light strips? Now that the days are getting short, I want to fly during evening/night. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
