They don't use excessive shipping cost like other sites, I think is a good shop.

Been a while since someone said something in this thread lol - so I thought I would say something about their s&h times. YES, it has certainly went downhill over the past few years. I have been buying from them for many years and its clear as daylight that their shipping and handling times have drastically went downhill let alone the costs becoming alot more.

Been a while since I ordered recently and it was pitiful to see how poor the service was. Still waiting on all my stuff btw...

That's contrary to my experiences. Based on 12 recent orders, I have found their shipping and handling times are in the 1-2 day range. The shipping companies however are taking days longer to deliver the products (via cheapest air mail).

Maybe we are ordering different kinds of items and shipping differently.

My last 5 orders from international were here within 3 weeks of ordering and all arrived in 100% working order. All of my US warehouse orders arrive within 5-6 days, or less depending on which shipping method I use.

I dont know - you guys must be lucky. I DEFINATELY noticed ALOT slower processing times AND shipping times. Well I guess its been a while too and HK has grown alot, so now they have tons of more customers so it probably takes more time...

Also LIPO shipping has gone thru the roof with them but like I said - been a while since I ordered a bunch of stuff so I suspect the shipping rules have changed maybe...

On a better note, I have not received ANY defective items in the past years as well...
