Looks great.
Nice job with the pilot paint too.
Is the motor attached to the fuselage only by magnets?

Looking forward to the flight video.

Thanks for your kind comments.

The motor is screwed on the piece of balsa. This piece is attached to the fuselage with magnets. Normally, the magnets are strong enough to counteract the motor's thrust.

Ailerons

So, i cut the ailerons and made the inner border.
Next step is to border the ailerons.

Ok, i've worked a little bit with the cockpit (not yet glued), and the wing/ailerons covering.
The tension of the film gives a very small dihedral.

Before i cover the bottom part of the wing, i have to install the servos and link them to the ailerons.
this should be done this week.

More progress, but still too long...

The ailerons are hinged and i've soldered the connectors for the Y cable used for the ailerons.

I've added the tailskid (from a FF plane).

i realised that the 2 servos have a neutral position that produces a natural differential for the ailerons. So i can't use a Y harness, because i should reverse the position of one servo, and thus the aileron's throws would be either big, either small.

So, i connected the second servo to the " reversed aileron" connector of the brick.

I've soldered a 4 pin connector (signal1, -, +, signal2) instead of the previous one.
