Advantage Hobby - Unhappy Customer

NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL !
DO NOT BUY FROM ADVANTAGE HOBBY UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE THAT IS WHAT YOU WANT OR NEED.

I ordered a JR XG8 and found out this uses DMSS technology that is not comparable with the Spektrum equipments I already own (I know it's my fault).
I would like to exchange it for a Spektrum DX8 and AH wants me to pay 20% restocking fee even the JR XG8 is unopened.
I will by from Amazon next time. They even have pre make return label.

Right in their return policy for unopened items, so I guess that's covered by them. We all have to read a little more.

Understand. But they should be flexible with the policy. I am trying to exchange a new DX8 spektrum radio. They still make money from that.
To make me happy, they can make more money with my future purchase then 20% restocking fee they try to collect now.
