I have found that on a number of occasions. Postage from the USA is often as much as the thing you want to buy !

That's why Hong Kong gets to sell so much stuff.

It is a battery powered automatic. I cut all of the unnecessary plastic away. The top section of the gun which was ammo hopper is cut out. I used mighty putty to add a gravity fed 5/16" alum tube for the ammo. I get about 30 shots. I was using in that picture a servo to actuate a switch. When I use it again I will use a receiver switch.

I'm going to build a much smaller CO2 auto gun. I have a couple of types I'm looking at.

I have a triton 2 charger, and always charge thru the balance lead, so I doubt charging is the problem. Maybe I'll try out the 11x4.7 props.........
We fly lipo with no low voltage cut off but use a buzzer flasher device that warns us. Some in fpv mode use osd to tell them the voltage in the goggles.
The cutoff will cause you to crash at some point. Get a buzzer and run NiMh settings in your esc.

I do have a buzzer (lipo alarm) and do have my esc's set not to do any cutting out.

I started with a VTOL airplane I designed and used that for years taking aerial pictures
mostly for construction...

See www.jetlens.com

but now the Tri-copter is doing much of the work..

Well I got into a nice crash last night. I gave my glasses to a friend while I flew around until the voltage got so low that one of my motors cut out causing the quad to fall into a cartwheel !!

The battery alarm came faulty from HK the buzzer was too soft to hear.

Now that all my motors are soldered together its very hard to set them up using tones, even when I unplug the signal wires the others continue to beep

I've found that having the low volt alarm strapped down too tightly will cause the buzzer to twist and not make enough noise

Hello all!! It's been a LONG time since I popped in, so I thought it was about time I did!

It's cool to see lots of you still at it!!

I am still flying my copters, and have a new prototype on the bench.

I love this hobby!

Cheers all
