Very cool! I get it, tiny planes aren't fun
I tried the indoor thing with little planes flying around in a circle all day...while it was marginally better than not flying at all, big planes are just more fun.
Thanks for the video!
Its cold and snow here in Kentucky this week. 2cm of snow and 4 degree C ;-)

It took me around 3 hour to make the plane.
And It was made for a local competition (Largest span of a indoor plane, weight less than 500 grams, and flying 2 min.)
Now making it a little lighter and wings about 1 meter longer. )
Last flight in the combatition is 8 feb 2014

Leading edge and fuselage boom are made from a 4 meter teleskob (4section) fishing poles, (One section for the fuselage, and wing are the 2 top sections, so 3 fishing poles needed. around 10 $ each
and wing are cheap depron for laying under Wood flors. all covered with 5 cm wide tape.
Now I have removed 70 gram, and going for around 4,3 meter span
