Eflite PTS T-34
Take a hanger 9 classic--deck it out with electric--put on removable trainer airfoilz, add some really nice features like flaps, removable turtle deck etc--and wohla a really good deal for a really nice flying airplane.
Maybe John can chime in and let us know if the retract kit will work on this one.

I'd buy the RTF just to get the 6i..I've been looking for an excuse to get a 6i, and thought I had it a few days back when my DX6 fell from 4 feet onto the left gimble..Ouch! Was an easy fix thou--so no DX6i for me just yet.

FYI, this is not an electrified version of the Hangar 9 T-34. It's a new airplane from the wheels up that's optimized for the Power 25. No accommodation for retracts at this point, since it follows the same philosophy as the Hangar 9 P-51 PTS as being a trainer system. But that would be an interesting proposition for an ARF or PNP version. I'm sure John will chime in and provide more details (on the current RTF package) at some point.
This thing flies awesome. Incredibly similar flying characteristics to the ParkZone T-28 Trojan with the droops removed. With the droops installed, it's hard to get it to stall at all. I've gotta say this is such a cool time to get started in this hobby, with options like these for trainers. I wish there was stuff like this available when I got started!

As Dave mentioned I started with a clean slate when I brought the T-34 to life. There is not one item that will cross to the Hangar 9 T-34. We chose the T-34 for its strong roots in the training of Navy pilots, cool vibrant color schemes, trike gear, huge amount of dihedral, and large wing and tail area.
The plane is modeled after a T-34 that I found at Oshkosh this past year.
The landing gear is so strong I doubt you can blow it out. If you do, you will need new parts; wings or fuse. When the weather gets above 4 degrees and we shoot some video we plan on demonstrating this for you.
A full E-flite power plant with a 15C Li-Po battery. Charger is included and works well. Not the strongest player in the charger market, but it will get you going and keep you in the air. Yes the battery of today is closer to 20C but we still wanted to hit a price point to help bring more pilots into this great sport. They can buy replacement batteries of 20C ability if they choose, but hte one included works very well for this application.
The DX6i computer radio comes with Dual rates already programed in for you in model #1. Throws are set as well. AR6200 full range receiver with remote receiver is installed. This radio can take you down the road in RC flight for a few years, no need to think about another one any time soon for the average or even above average flyer.
Servos are a standard sized servo with close to 48 ounces of torque. More than the plane needs, but they will fit just about any plane offering from Hanagr 9 up to a 60 size offering.
I cannot even begin to express how great this model flies. The performance and abilities will blow you away.
As for PNP or an ARF offering, well I won't rule them out, but I am still trying to keep up with what we are trying to bring to life it may take a while. The value in this kit at $449.99 is a steal from just about any vantage point.

I get the feeling you're going to sell a whole lot of these.
I know I can't wait to get my hands on one. It seems like just the right size/price/fun factor, and the features are great.
I like the fact that you're releasing more planes in the 25/35 size category, even if they're not all "platinum" series.
Platinum series is great & all that, but sometimes I'd just as soon have a fun plane I can throw in the car & go fly without having as many worries about scale details & stuff to bump & bruise.
Anyway, just wanted to say "thanks" to you guys for offering such a great lineup of planes.
