Tired of flying...

See the pic. Apparently, my 11 1/2 week old Rottweiler (name is Brutus) got tired of walking and watching me fly. He insists that he sit in the "chair". He likes to sleep there and watch me solder or any other modeling duties. He is being taught to not bite the planes!!!!!

There it is!... I to have a Rottie, but he is way to big to fit in any chair I have!.. Unfortunately has lived way past his life expectancy and I am going to have to put him down soon... Rotties usually dont live much past 10 years.... Zeus is 13... I also have an American Bulldog that wont tolerate any small planes buzzing around the back yard... Fortunately my screaming kept her from eating the last one... JUST IN TIME!!!

Sorry to hear about that!!! Yep, Rotties don't live all that long. Brutus's father weighed in at 135 pounds. The mother was almost 100. Vet told me that Brutus will get huge! Anyways, he gets socialized daily and he knows the sit command real well. Teaching him "No" for the planes. He almost bit up my Razor last nite!

Cute pup!

We have a 5 year old golden. My wife insisted we get a dog. I could have cared less. Now.. after 5 years - I can't imagine a day without one.

Cheers
Ted

When I walk up to my launch area (I have 50 acres), the rottie pup, Sheba,
Cleo and Missy all come with me. None of them will chew on the planes although
you have to watch Brutus. Their favorite is right at launch where they will chase the plane but after 100's of flights, they aint caught one yet. The run for about 20 yards and give up. And they will tell you where your plane went down
if you didn't make it back to the launch area whilst landing.
