I hope to have time to finish the MD-87 around the first of next year.

Thanks for asking.

Regards,
Troy
I'm glad to hear it's still going. . . Troy you've done a wonderful job on your MD-87!

There is a big push by many for me to complete and fly the model.
I have had a few other projects take me away from the MD-87.
But, I will get it back on the work bench very soon.

The MD-87 project was a project that was more about design and finish than it was about building a airliner and flying it.

I have lots of news to share in 3 to 4 weeks.

Until then

Hang in there.

Regards,
Troy

Any specs on this project? I was looking for expected weight wingspan and length. Maybe I just missed it. Fantastic work!

Re: Specs

The Fuselage is 9' with a wingspan just under 8'.
Weight before batteries... I am hoping to be under 12 lbs.

Just a little longer.

This one has been on the back burner for a while. Someone check to see if the burner has flamed out.

I am close to full time back on the MD-87 project.
There is a lot of little stuff to do. But the major work has been done.

This is what I have been spending much of my time on lately.
