Hello Guys!

I flashed 4 plush 10a ESCs to use with the fxc 2206 motors on my mini quad and after the blheli the motors full throttle is only 50% of what I had before, any ideas on which param I might need to try to change around?

Thanks in Advance,

Tony

Troubleshooting

Hi!
Using BLHeliSuit 14.0.0.3 I made an BLHeli Bootloader interface using an Arduino UNO (clone) and a genuine Arduino.
I tried flashing the Qbrain 4in1 esc, but can't, always just waits 'waiting for device'.
I connected the esc pins to the D11, D12 and GND, but also tried the ISP pins 1,4,6.

I power cycle the ESC by disconnecting the battery.

Com were ports are set to 19200.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

AFAIK the ESC is a SiLabs. You need to use the C2 interface. Have a look at the manuals please...

I made the wrong kind of interface, but the manual wasn't clear on that.
I flashed an 'Arduino general' and it works.

Now, I'm confused as to which firmware to flash as there is no Hobbywing Skywalker Quattro 20A firmware on the list, but people mentioned it specifically.
There is a regular Skywalker 20A firmware though, should I flash that?
Erm, the manual states it's the same code so I flashed it with Skywalker 20A.

The manual states:
Quote:
Hobbywing Skywalker Quattro 20A:
The ESC supports 2S to 3S operation. It supports damped light mode.
Switching speed is quite fast.
Fet resistances are around 6mohm for low side and high side (max at 10V).
Both low and high side fets are Nfets.
The ESC is also sold as Q brain 20A and 25A.
This ESC uses the same code as the Hobbywing Skywalker 20A ESC.
