Dynam SU26 - Nitro Airplanes
I recently purchased a Dynam SU26 from Nitro Airplanes. On the third flight the motor, propeller, spinner and the firewall flew off in flight. The firewall had a tiny bit of glue in the right hand corner, no wonder it fell off!
Nitro is impossible to deal with. I tried phoning them and has to listen to recorded music for 20 minutes and then was disconected. I tried using their automoted system, you have to be a IT specialist to use it.
The whole system is designed so you cannot get in touch with anyone!!
After much time spent, they denied resonsibilty!
Just for my satisfaction I decided to mail the devective part to them. NO WHERE in their information is a mailing address!
I Googled it up, sent it out and they refused service!
Needless to say I won't be doing buiness with them again

Sorry for your misfortune. Misery loves company, so read through the Nitroplane forum under the "Vendors" section, and at least you will feel like you are among friends, lol.
Actually, raise a stink there...NitroNancy (I think that is the correct username) seems to makes things right with customers from time to time.
