Rewinding motor cyclon

Hello to all,
I ais recovered engine cyclon 5000 home Electronic-model engine manufacturerbrushless French.I must repeat the winding for the same KV as the original one a knowledge env 5000 KV.It is a stator has 12 teeth and 4 magnets.Could you me idiquer windings a content so that the diameter of the wire used.Thank you in advance for your help.Cordially Laurent.Designer French and I through a translator "BING"

It seems that Google 'translate' might work a bit better :-)
Measure the thickness of wire you removed and buy new wire to match?

you maybe talking about a 12N4P inrunner. in that case, you will be using distributed windings: http://www.tuning.powerditto.de/
choose "Mega 22-45-1,5E"

Above link is for 18N6P motor with distributed winding, which maybe a little bit difficiult.

Can you post a link to the motor? At a dealer or maker?

google translation:

Pouvez-vous poster un lien vers le moteur? À un revendeur ou le fabricant?

Hello,
The stator windings is naked without!

Hello,
Sorry but the manufacturer no longer exists. The only dealer is HERE

Ceux ressemble Outrunners brushless typiques.

And If I understand right you already have all the wire stripped off of the stator.

(translated by google)

Is it one of those three seen there? Model 22, 32, or 42?

And you want help to rewind it? Is that the question?

You mention a 5000 Kv (Trs/V), that does not seem possible or correct. Do you know what the Kv is?

Other information to know would be:

1 - The number of turns on each stator arm.

2 - What the original wind was (probably dLRK)

3 - How it was terminated (Delta or Wye)

Re,
The kv of the motor was originally a 4750 kv. I wish I could rewind to get the aproximately mm kv.
I was unfortunately not more information. rather it ressembmerait the Cyclon car5000.

Then it is this motor:

http://www.mt-modelisme.com/2552:mot...n-car-5000.htm

Can you count the magnets inside of the magnet housing? And confirm that it is a 12 arm or 12 notch stator?

Those will help to get you close in choosing a turn count for rewinding. The motor probably only had 5 or six turns of wire on, does that sound about right?

Ensuite, il est de ce moteur:

http://www.mt-modelisme.com/2552:mot...n-car-5000.htm

You need to post somes pics of the motor. 12N4P outrunner is not common. If so, it should also be using concentrated winding, probably.

Hello,
Here are pictures of four rotor magnets and the stator has 12 teeth.
I board also listed the branches of the stator.

very clear!.

In this case, you will be using concentrated winding.

here is an ideal example from Powercroco: http://www.scorpion.powercroco.de/12N4P3530.html

this design is really rare ^^

If you translate the last post there it says:

"..The engine worked, but the results were not so convincing that it would have been worthwhile to pursue the matter further..."

Maybe that is why they are so rare?

I notice that if you go to the winding scheme calculator and enter 12 slots and 4 poles it offers a winding scheme of AbCaBcAbCaBc:

http://www.powerditto.de/bewicklungsrechner.html

That has a low winding factor of 0.5 but maybe it is the only way to get a 5000 Kv motor out of that stator that an ESC can keep up with as far as the permutation frequency? I am guessing here if that was not obvious..

Hello,
It semblerais that the winding of origin is like that.
A group of four son and two towers.
When you weigh?

I assume this picture is a 0.5T winding. by the way, i dont think the picture shows the right winding scheme for 12N4P, i mean the label "start and end" is wrong. Please refer to powercroco's maga motor. Link is in my previous reply.

As Greg pointed out, the 12N4P should be using concentrated winding scheme, which the powercroco site only shows distributed winding scheme. Concentrated winding for 12N4P can have a winding factor of 1.
