Anyone Have a Thunder Tiger F-75S 4-Stroke?

I'm looking to buy a 4-stroke engine for my Goldberg Tiger 2 and this one is within the budget, about right weight-wise and seems to have decent power. I haven't been that happy with the power of the Super Tiger .45 (with a Jett muffler) that I have on it. Its too loud and too pipey for this plane. I'll use that engine in something else. From what I have read about the F-75S it likes a 13x8 prop which might be a bit big (or I may have to get taller gear) for my taildragger Tiger 2 but it makes decent power. I'd consider a Saito .72 or .82 as well but they would cost me over $100 more which doesn't make sense if the TT can get the job done.

Thanks!

I´ve got one TT-75S engine this summer. Better than Magnum, ASP and derivates but not as good as O.S. or Saito.

I had the TT-75 with a 12x8APC in a Ky Calmato Sports but dropped it in favour of the new O.S. 56a. The 56a is the better choice since the engine runs strong out of the box. The TT-75 requires a long run in procedure and still does not get close to the 56a. I do not now where the promised 1.2HP of the TT-75 disappear. Or the O.S. delivers more HP than claimed on the box (1.0HP).

I paid the same for both engines but I would rather pay 100$ more just to have a top end engine with top end performance. 100$ are quickly forgotten but you have to be happy with a seconed class engie much longer if you think you should safe 100 bucks. IMO, spend 100$ more and get one of these Japanese first class engines.
