Purchasing new radio need advice (Heli/Futaba 9Cs)

Friend has a T9CHP (not the super) ch 34 module (not synth) I can get it off him for about $150.00 with rx.

I been trying to hunt down a 9CHPS.. because you can get the radio and synth module for about $170 or so.. but haven't had luck finding one.. *they get swept up pretty fast*

Just wondering if I should just get the radio local..or is the super that much better.

I have the 9CHP regular, and it will probably be more radio than I'll ever need. And I haven't seen a 9C Super with synth module sell for anything under about $250, maybe I'm just looking in the wrong spots... I'm seeing the 9C regulars sell for close to $200 with a single freq module and no RX, so your $150 with RX seems like a good deal to me.

You can see a side by side comparison of features here, unless the Super has a particular feature you are looking for it probably isnt anything you will miss. And $150 for radio and Rx sounds like a good deal, I would jump on it.
