voltage raised to 13.62 with a resistor 580Om, if you reduce the protection trips.

Have you tried charging with it? Many charger pause occasionally in the charge to measure battery voltage. The OVP can trip at that point.

Great to hear!
But if you plan to charge with higher currents, be careful about your creative paperclip connection at the PS output...

I have put together a how-to on my site.

Hello Maybe someone can help. I'm working on connecting two Dell 2950 750W dm/n z750P power supplies together in series.

It's strange I've removed all of the screws. lifted the boards and secured to Plexiglas inside the case and removed the AC ground wire off of the board and secured it to the case instead. When testing the dc ground to the case on this unit I do not have any continuity.
Also when I connect the + from the unmodified unit to the - of the other I do not get any continuity between the modified unit and the case.
But as soon as the two units touch I get continuity on the modified psu between dc ground and the case.

They appear to function fine and output 24v but it worries me that I possibly missed something. I was wondering if this is the expected behavior when the two cases come in contact with each other?

Thanks for any tips.

Oliver

I found the remains of the electric bus, just coming to 12volt rails.
If they are mounted on the bolts drilled through holes, normally it would be?
