Wow, will the tail rotor hub and grips come polished from the factory like that? Or will that be left up to the end user?

Nick,
All of our products from the smallest parts such as paddle holders to tail rotor all got polished until we can see our face on it. To get to this beautiful image, the products after leaving the machines, are carefully hand textured with sand paper to remove some slightly cosmetic scratch if there is any, then go through hand deburred, then through meticulous hand polishing process, following with cleaning and drying. All have to go through these labour-intensive cleaning and polishing processes to provide the most beautiful surface finishing upgrade parts available. We have almost a dozen of full time employees just for this job  . We believe our customers deserve nothing less than the best!Andy Le www.microheli.com |

Lookin' good Andy! Glad you guys incorperated the collar man! Did you guys mess around with the idea of making the crown gear a little larger in diameter to get a wider tooth? It looks a little bigger, but that could be me?
Also, I see you guys have made some more blue bevel gears. Did you guys find a quicker way to machine them? Kevin

Andy,
No complaints here buddy! I was amazed at how fast you guys came up with the V2 crown gear. Microheli is very responsive to customer input and acts very quickly! Thanks Andy! Kevin

Can the blue slider and bladeholders with ball links be used on a hornet 2 stock or microheli gearbox.
I know the H2 stock gearbox doesn't have the possibility to use a ball link pitch slider but there are ways around that with some CA etc.... Reason for me asking is the fact that i like ball links more then the H2 solution with the 1 mm pins. |
