A Versatile All Around Glider

This version of the Falcon features a strong kevlar/carbon fuselage as well as a composite wing with an MH-32 airfoil. They say it is great for the slope, thermal duration, or F5B making it a very versatile aircraft that will penetrate the wind when you need it to, but also hunt down and indicate lift well. Set it up with crow mixing and you'll be able to nail a spot landing with ease. The wings break down into two pieces for storage and transportation. They are painted and come with the ailerons and flaps live hinged. The wing, horizontal stab and rudder are hollow molded and you get all the hardware included. Just add your electronics and get ready for some fun. The Falcon E Kevlar/Carbon is a quality built model that looks as good as it flys. Check out the Falcon E Kevlar/Carbon at ICARE.

Really like this plane a lot. Got one when they first came out and have been really happy with it.

Would like to see a build log of one of these to compare it with the Nan Omega Mini.

Did not realize this was a 2M glider.

Wing Span: 2.0 m (79")
Length: 1.18 m (46")
Wing Area: dm2 ( sq. in.)
Wing Airfoil: MH-32
Wing Loading: 44-49 g/dm2 (14.5 oz/sq. ft.)
Flying Weight: 1.2-1.5 kg (50 oz)
Radio: micro servos and std receiver recommended
Motor: 3-4 cells Li
Mega 22/3S

Don't know much about F5B and it certainly looks like a good slope glider. WL is a bit higher than I would want for a dedicated thermal ship. Not sure it would be competitive for ALES or F5J.

But not everyone cares about competition.

Is this version merely an E-fuselage version of the previous 2M Falcon sailplane?

The specs appear to be the same and the pictures show the same wing panform and shape.

I'd love to get some replacement parts for my 2M Falcon

Very pleased with this model. Great overall design. Thermals well, very gentle handling and will rip through the air if want to!
It replaces my Allusive for everyday flying!!
