Same as my #1, full ST. I also suggested he add a small patch of additional carbon over the servo pockets, but I'm not too worried about that. Getting it painted custom as well.

Just saw the 1st pic of my new Stream wing.. It's a little heavier than my first wing, but that's fine with me. Mine is the one at the very top.. Red/Yellow tips. Can't wait!!

So....so so pretty!~ gotta get more streams.....ha!

Anyway fellow stream-ers, what plane do you fly to compliment the stream? I just sold off my blaster 3. I am now looking to get a plane that can compliment my stream well. Also, by selling off my b3, i am down to one solo dlg, not great for contests if something bad ever happens...

I currently have a Stobel V3 but will be getting rid of it once my second stream shows up. My first has some battle damage for reasons I won't go into so it will become my heavy after I fix it up proper. I used my V3 for higher winds and it worked well for that application but only because I was more familiar with how it flew in wind and how much ballast to put in. Getting that way with my Stream now.

I own 3 Streams:
1. Vlad carbon wing at 235 grams for light conditions, I usually ballast it to fly up to medium winds only (no need for more as I have the 2 other Streams)
2. D-box Stream at 266 grams, a year old now, today's full carbon Textreme wings end up at about the same weight, this is my main model, I fly it about 80% of the time.
3. Full carbon Textreme at 280 grams, my windy model.

I can ballast my models with 15, 25, 45, 65, 90 grams of ballast. The 15 gram ballast is useful just for the Vlad. The 90 grams ballast is rarely used, it needs to be really blowing to use that (FAI+ winds)

I've been trying other models as well but always end up using the Stream in competition, I like it that much.

Yep.. That's what I'm doing.

#1 was a very light layup.. with 94802's in the wing, and 285's in the fuse, I'm at 228g RTF.
#2 is a bit heavier layup, and a little extra paint. The wing is 115g, as opposed to 104 for #1. Everything else will likely be the same.

My reason for going with 2 Stream is simple.. I don't have to change the way I fly when switching from one airplane to the other. I know the Stream pretty well, and it fits the way I fly.
