Actually the connector you want *is* the male side, because it has pins.
They're Molex Microblade connectors and they're available at DigiKey.
There's a variety of different types (end pin, side pin, etc), but here's one of them

Ian, these have a 2mm pitch. The camera connectors are 1.25mm.
