Harken Miniature winchs for model sail boat.

Hello,

I am living in the south west of France and I will build a RC model 48" size of the J Class Ranger mdl 77-C.

I am looking for hardware and fittings, like deck winches in brass.
In the meantime, I noticed that you have a company in USA who produce reliable Harken miniature winches for model boat. Is it possible to have contact with all these companies producing or selling fittings for yachts?

Last but not least, I am also looking for deck house, cockpit and others roofs plans of the Ranger...the 1937 model and/Or the new on built in 2003 by Danish Yacht Boatyard.

Thank you in advance for your invaluable help.

Best Regards

Alex

Thank you for your kind answer, I know this supplier Cap-Maquette, they are quite efficient but they do not have metalic/ brass/copper winches, they only have nylon winches that aren't suitable for J Class.

Best Regards

I feel sorry, for this mistake, I didn't checked the country....Thank you for your contribution.
In the other hand, USA seems to be a Monopoly of artists and craftmen, for model boats.

Not so sure we have a monopoly here - I follow another RC forum on the other side of the pond and must say, I have seen some amazing modeling skills from the UK and others countries.

If you are not familiar with it check out this link: http://www.modelboatmayhem.co.uk

Lots of get models being built over there as well.
