ok covering is done now time to install the servos and do the set up can some one post the best way to set up the ailerons ? i'll be using a DX7s radio

For the DX 7, which happens to be the radio I use, her are my settings.

Lower wing on Y connected to Aileron channel.
Upper wing on Y connected to AUX.

[Wing type]
Flaperon = ON

Under main programming:
[Differential]
Flaperon = 0%
[Flap SYS.]
Norm = 0%
Mid = 0%
Land = 0%
Auto = INH
[Reversing SW]
Ail = REV.
FLAP = REV.

This will give you independent sub trim of upper and lower wings. The trim switch will control both wings.

ok need a little help, After getting everything together it seems the top wing is not parallel to the bottom, the top seems a little twisted the center rods are not glued in but the outer strut rods are glued to the blocks that go into the wing pockets
How can I get the top wing adjusted to be parallel to the bottom ?

The top wing is not parallel to the bottom. The upper wing will have a slight negative incidence and the lower wing will be slightly positive. Adjust the rear wing mount so the two wings form an arrow. As for the twist, you may need to double check the wing strut lengths. Let me know if you need any parts to correct the problem.

Remove your wings. Check them individually for twist. Check the length of all carbon rods as per the plan sheet. Don't lay them on the plan, measure them. They need to be darn close to exact. +/- .010". Make double sure, all carbon rods are fully seated into their mounts.

found out the problem i think .... you have mail for parts i need to fix

well i'm still at a loss finally fixed the wing pockets on top wing but it's still twisted to the bottom wing and can't figure it out why, all pockets are in same place all struts are the same length i'm about ready to just fly it as it and if it goes in then it goes sure i did something wrong but just cant figure it out

If you remove the wing struts, is it still twisted?

i'll double check the way it is now i took the crossed struts out has just front ones

looks like i can get it straight with out the struts guess i'll be ordering a new set of rods and strut ends and see if that helps, and not glue them till i make sure they are straight and not twisted

Can I see a close-up of the wing strut sockets? After we figure-out what parts you need, don't worry about it, I will just send them.

here are shots of the pockets, i'm hoping it's the struts now i must have something off and the struts are twisting the wing when i put them in, if i put the front struts in without the center ones the is twisted and the struts are the same length so i'm guessing something is off and the struts need to be adjusted guess i should of held off gluing them up
