Why not ask Chris himself? Maybe he won't remember what colour the Force Four prototype was, but it's worth an ask. I saw some of his original prototypes - Phaselift, Phase 4, Hi-Phase - but not the Force Four.

Was looking for info at Hippockets, did not find any. This looks to be a fun model to scratch build.

I took a look at outerzone and no plans or info that I could find.

Dave,

Plan is just a scan from the original magazine article. I am hoping Ian (Circlip) may be along later with a full size rendition.

Updating an old plan to show more recent gear is something RM/RCM&E used to do. I would guess the original colours were black & orange or yellow.

Saw it yesterday Ray and decided it would repro as absolute c-rap, some of the RCM plans prints in the mag are orrible to work. If Dave would care to scan his full size plans in sections, that would give a better rendition. We have the teknowleggy to glue bits back tergether.

Any road up, c-rappy rendition at full size PDF.

Regards Ian.

To show yourself and others what the scan you've posted looks like when cleaning up and as a PDF see this. The grey areas are due to plan not being flat on bed and are out of focus. The splotchyness shows the grey can be cleaned but it takes longer to process and the lines and text become thinner when out of focus.

Regards Ian.

Other point is in having to square the scan up, look how much of the frame has been lost.

Thank you Circlip and thank you kinghelichopter! I have looked at this thread several times and thought this would be a neat little plane to scratch build.
