AR Racing front brake kit.

Anyone used the front brake kit for the arx 540?
Any opinions on it?

I been thinking of getting one for a while now, I wondered if it would stop the bike turning in so well

Right then guys, here's a head scratcher for ya.
I've fitted the brake servo to my ARX Super moto.
Problem I've got is, with the servo plugged into the third channel, the receiver won't arm when powered up.
But, if you power up the reciever, then plug the brake servo into the third channel it works fine.
Weird!

Sorted it.
Had to fit a BEC. Brake servo was taking to much poet from the reciever.

Does the disk float or is it rigid on wheel?

Nice setup. Hopefully give it a run tomorrow.

It sounds like the brake servo is stalled or jammed when you first turn the radio system on. Is the neutral position set properly?

Power HD.
On trying it out properly for the first time, the servo has turned itself into a cloud of smoke!
That explains that.
Another reason for not liking Powed HD servos.
Oh well, at least it was free

With a Savox servo this works great.
It's got plenty of power.
May try running it with a BEC so the servo will get 6volts, thus giving more braking power.
Pleased so far tho.
