Don't see why it would matter if you lived in Singapore. A warranty is a warranty and if you get a lemon you should be able to return it anywhere they ship it to.

If you are on facebook you can ask Vu Tran the director of support directly on the Iris page and he can give you some solid information about your question. But I doubt they would have a distance limit that would not allow you the full use of the warranty they have.

I got an iris+ about a no th ago, and the voltage monitor was faulty, saying that after 5 minutes the battery was at 3v, so I sent it back last week and they said it would be 2-3 weeks for the repair, and then they would have to ship it back, so I am looking at around 3-4 weeks. This frustrates me because for Christmas I got a tarot 2d gimbal and the go proffessional case.
