Flite Works 2200mm Pilatus Porter

Hi Guys,

I just put together the new Flite Works Pilatus Porter from Tower Hobbies.

I was very impressed with the quality of the aircraft, everything fit well out of the box and there were no modifications needed during the build. The only thing that I changed out from stock was the tires. I wanted the larger tundra looking tires so I went with the Dubro 6 inch air filled ones.

Here is a list of what I used to complete the build:

1x Rimfire 1.20
1x GP Collet Prop Adaptor 8mm shaft
1x 17x10 APC E-Prop
1x Castle Creations Talon 120 HV ESV
1x 3552B Spinner 3-1/2" Ultimate
1x 600RV Big Wheels 6" (Optional) The model comes with wheels but I upgraded to these.
2x Futaba S3072HV
6x Futaba S3071HV (Flaps)
1x GP Brushless motor mount medium

The model flies great!! Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
Dan

Yes, the Talon 120HV will work just fine on 8s, it will work great on 12s as well. No problems at all.

I am using a Flight Power 6s 4000.

Love it! I thought i was going to need a drool towel, people were gawking at it all weekend.

The landing gear is awesome, we taxied around on the grass just to watch the gear articulate.
