Opinions on HJ-H4 Reptile folding carbon frame

does anyone have one of these wtotoy HJ-H4 Reptile folding carbon frames?

I've not had much luck finding any user info on it so if anyone here has one please chime in.

price is around $100, and I think it looks good but is it a good buy or not?

I wouldn't recommend the apm its tricky to place everything on it well unless you have a gps mast for the gps and mag

yeah its quite firm once together the locks for the arms work good
get a mini usb extension if you intend to install the apm inside and still want to connect usb for flashing

the esc motor wires are around 300mm on mine and just make it out the arms where they pivot

Just saw this one myself. I like the folding arms for transportation. I'm debating between something like this or buy another set of motors for my Talon Tricopter and make it a Y6 for motor redundancy. It looks like this might take 13"-14" props...for the SunnySky 3508 580kv motors I already have?

hahaha

that's just a comparison shot , not intended for bragging rights

I didn't order the frame but goodluckbuy sent me it instead of the one I ordered
no email response at all about the issue tho, although it was more than the one I paid for

I got mine on order now. We'll see how long it takes to show up. Perhaps BuddyRC will get more of the SunnySky 3508 580kv motors sometime before it arrives. I have three of those on my tri...need one more to migrate them over to this frame.

I like them. They aren't all perfect though. I have one 2216 800kv that makes noise and vibrates. I changed the bearings, which helped a little, but I still need to replace it. All my other ones run just fine.

That's where I ordered mine from. It says shipping 6-8 days. We'll see...I'm not holding my breath.

What prop size are you running with these?
